Book
Nathan Seven Scott is a life coach and author based in New York City. He is the author and creative director of The Knight Affair trilogy and “My Turn”.
One thing about goals is that you get to set them. If you reach them FANTASTIC! If you don’t, it’s not the end of the world. You get to set a new goal and strive to accomplish it.
We are almost 4 months into the year. What goals have you accomplished so far? Has your 2012 been all that you planned? Are you living up to your fullest potential? Be sure to take time to appreciate the little things. Listen to the wind. Help an elderly person across the street. Watch children play. Visit a friend.
Try something NEW and outside of your comfort zone. One thing that helped me move from that safety net is finding a life coach or mentor. My mentor is amazing. She holds me accountable to what I say that I’m going to do and helps me stay focused with my goals.
If for whatever reason you feel stuck and want to take your life up a notch, consider speaking with a life coach and taking full charge of your life. Remember if you don’t, no one else will.
Have a Sevenly Day!
Nathan
How do you know when life if testing you?

Today was the most hectic day out of the week for me. It started off a little damp and then it became wetter and wetter the later it got. One thing that I got from today is that you just never know who you affect out in the world. Our words are all we have, and sometimes we either use them in the wrong sentence or not know how to use them at all.
I had the most exhilarating time tonight with the ladies from a book club in Maryland and they were incredible women who loved my book. It made me feel amazing to hear their questions about the book.
Managing a day job and really wanting to be the best you can becomes a challenge at times. I am so driven but sometimes it really feels like my engine is about to burn out, but I can’t give up now. At least that’s what I keep telling myself. I pray that God gives me the things to say.
I need to go scream, because if I do it in the house someone will think someone is killing me. That’s how loud I want to scream right now.
Scream for me.
